See The USA - Day 9 - Hardin, MT
July 10, 2005 - We left out about 7:30 this morning headed for Montana. The forest fire has now burned over 100 acres. There's a picture below of the smoke over the interstate. We stopped in Hardin, MT which is about 10 miles from the Little Big Horn Battlefield at a NICE KOA campground. One of the best ones I've seen. Tonight's dinner plans will be complicated. Debbie will open up some cans and pour them into the crock pot for Chow Mein. The weather is MUCH nicer here. 75 degrees for a high.

Uh Oh! We're fixing to be moving again. Daddy's hooking things up!

Here's the smoke from the fire going across the interstate.

Welcome to Wyoming!

This is the Big Horn Mountains. I-90 runs right beside them so you don't have to go over them.

Debbie "attempted" to take a picture of the Welcome to Montana sign. Instead, we have the back of a truck...:)

Amazing how the scenery changes at state lines?

All set up at the park.

Today's Notes: A storm blew in about 8 PM. Being used to storms in the southeast, it looked like it was going to be a nasty one. It was a wimp! Barely even budged the trailer. We're used to rocking and rolling during a storm. They'll have to do better than that to scare us! By the Way. Just a little RV info. It takes a direct 80 MPH wind on the side to tip over a fifth wheel trailer of this size.
Tomorrow's Plans: A little history is in store for tomorrow. The Little Big Horn Battlefield.
