here it was a dumpy little dragstrip with a generator
for power. Now it's a Super Speedway. |

| This is the first house we lived in when
we moved to Vegas. It doesn't look much different, just
a little dumpier. I guess the Homeowner's Assn has
relaxed their rules. Notice the Christmas decorations
still up. |

| This is the second house we lived in. The
first one got sold and we had to move. We figured this
one would have been plowed under by now. But it seems
the owners have improved it a little bit. The "slum
lord" we rented from wouldn't put a dime into
it. |

used to be filled with graffiti. Seems they've sand
blasted it. Stephanie, this is the wall you remember
(for some unknown reason). |

| Another rain storm in Vegas. We travel
all across the country and the only place we get rained
on (other than a late night shower) is in Vegas. |

| I probably will
not update again till we are on the move. Our plans are to take
a shuttle up to the strip to see all the new hotels and casinos.
I hear they have really gone overboard and there is a lot of
neat stuff to see. However, cameras are not allowed in any
casino so it's pointless to try to take one and hide it in my
pocket. Especially since it won't fit. We should be leaving on
Monday so stay tuned! |
